Breathing Ritual is built on a single principle: what happens on your device stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information — ever.

All session history, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone only. No servers. No accounts. No tracking of any kind.

The app does not require an internet connection to function. No analytics, no third-party SDKs that phone home, and no advertising identifiers are used.

Reminder notifications, if enabled, are scheduled entirely on-device using iOS native scheduling. No notification data leaves your phone.
